Favre hurt his ankle, and he is still limping noticeably. I think the game going longer is going to hurt him. I think the Saints will take it.
Now I have to go back and watch.
I’m from MN so I’m totally saying Vikings!!!!!!!!!! GOOOOOO VIKINGS!
Doesn’t matter. Manning is gonna decimate in the SuperBowl
@marinelife Marina, you too? Is everyone changing their names now?
Well, the Saints won first, seeing as how they converted so many Norsemen to Christianity by the sword, but then the Vikings came calling at the monasteries and thanked them for consolidating the town’s wealth in easily stealable form. But then….
oh, this is football, isn’t it? :)
Field goal time. GEAUX SAINTS!!!!!!!!
What team will Favre go to now I wonder? hmmm…...
@Shield_of_Achilles lol. He might actually have a chance getting to the SuperBowl with Shanahan coaching the Redskins now.
@jonsblond Yeah. But even a snowball has a chance in hell….
Oh my goodness…..I was wrong. Ooops.
Well, I can’t cheer for my home team (Chargers), so I’ll have to go with the more badass sounding of the two.
Vikings get my support, this year.
It’s going to be the New Orleans Saints. Wait, it’s already the Saints as the game is now over. I meant it’s going to be the Saints winning the Superbowl.
Wife is a Vikings fan…traitor. i am a Saints fan, since i live in the south. she is going to watch one HD tv and i am going to watch the other. i am planning on a Saints victory and she planning on the Vikings. the loser buys dinner and a night of gambling. this could get very interesting.
Saints baby!!!! whoaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
@john65pennington Why different televisions? My husband is a Packer fan, I am a Bronco fan. We watched that Super Bowl together. It was a nail biter, but we did have a great time together. Of course I ended up being very happy that evening, he ended up drunk. ;)
St. Olaf was both a Viking and a Saint, and he won a lot.
Actually, Wikipedia doesn’t say Viking. Just that he was the king of Norway.
