How do I check if I have already paid for an item that I've won on eBay?
I purchased a true blood poster from eBay, and I just clicked “buy now” instead of bidding. I don’t think I recieved an email confirming that I paid (credit card), and to track my order. I know I bought from a reputable seller (moviegoods.com) because there’s a badge on the page that says “top selller” or something from eBay. They also have like a 99% rate of satisfaction or something. I remember filling out the card information and sending it through succesfully, but I never got an email. I contacted the seller, but they’re messages are automated and never seem to answer my questions. Is there a place to check if I have paid on the eBay site?, How do I check if I paid, because I don’t want to send it through again, and end up paying twice.

Did you pay with PayPal? If so, you can check your activity summary.
Also, go back to your ebay account and click on Bidding/Won items, find the item and it should show the payment status there.
Check your bank or credit line online to see if you’ve been hit yet. Some companies process all payments at a certain time in the day so it’s possible that it hasn’t shown up yet if you bought it late last night or early today. Check for the next day or two and if nothing comes up track down their contact information from e-bay and give them a quick shout to see if they’re having issues or if somethiing went wrong.
Go to “My Ebay”, and on the left hand side, click on the item under “Items Won”. Then in the “Buyer View” at the top of the item page, click on “View Order Details”. This page will tell you if you paid for the item or not.
@Shield of Achilles It’s my dad’s card, and I don’t live with him. It has been 1 or 2 days, I think. I internet shop a lot, and I just put through an order on Coach with my dad’s visa and I get them mixed up. That’s why I’m so unsure of when I placed the order. I messaged them, but the this is automated and it will probably not give me a straight answer.

@buckyboy28 I can’t find the buyer view button. I’ve looked for 5 minutes. But under the yellow “won” tab in the “view” drop down menu, it says that 0have been shipped, but it also say 0 awaiting payment. So I guess does that mean that I paid, but they haven’t shipped it out yet?
@desiree333 That would be a safe assumption. Under the “won” box, click on the “act” drop down menu, and “view order details” should be an option.
@desiree333 You can get a “student account” on PayPal. Might be worth looking into.

And to whoever is listening, I emailed the seller yesterday at around 3, and I still haven’t gotten an email yet. Also I placed an order on the Coach website (I bought a handbag). This was on sunday, and they sent me a confirmation that they recieved my order, and that they would send me a tracking # soon, but I still haven’t gotten it, and it’s tuesday. I’m surprised its taking them so long, since the order only takes 3–4 day to get to me.
