How to modify the website so it ranks high on google?

The BEST “tool” for this purpose is actually provided by google themselves. Sign up for webmaster tools, show you are the webmaster (I believe they still require this, but i could be wrong) and you should have access to all the info you need including design guidelines as well as tools.

Wel, it does take until the next “crawl” of your site for the rankings to change, which takes a while to happen unless you request it.. anyways, you have a good one.
