Why can't I buy a pack of brown dress socks that are all the same color?

Why is it, that every single pack of brown socks I see is an assortment. All I want is to be able to go in, and buy a pack of lets say 10 to 20 brown socks that are all the same hue and pattern. WHY?

Because Mr. Monk isn’t enough of a consumer to support this manufacturing decision. :-)
Too monotous and boring. Why can’t you pick another variety of color.
If they don’t allow you to buy that’s mean they can’t let you to monopolize that particular product. Other people must get the chance to get the same product. They probably out of stock to supply other costumer.
Why do you want brown socks?
Because no one else wants that.
Heh, what else do I wear with khakis?
Yea, the pants are 34×34. :)
@mowens Sorry, I really don’t get what you are saying. Are they full length? To your knees??
Oh, full length…. it is an OCD thing. I want all my socks to be the same. :) I freely admit I am insane.
@mowens Ok, can’t you just not wear any socks?
Big and tall mens shops carry what you are looking for.
