Not sure where you are located but a local video store here called “Family Video” has a disc resurfacing service, I don’t remember the price but it seemed very reasonable. BTW – if you don’t have any luck with that I’d go ahead and download them from the Internet, you bought them you own the right to listen to them. There are kits to do this. We use one at the library to fix DVDs.
