Is it possible to make a website that could convert flash based sites and show them on the iPhone?

It could be like viewing a webpage through a window on another webpage. I’m not a programmer but it seemed like an interesting concept to explore.

They do have converters to switch flash into format for the iphone, but you would have to convert them first,

I don’t think so, no. Translating a Flash game on-the-fly would be technically very difficult.
