If glass didn't have any imperfections, what would its properties be?

Would it be tough rather than brittle
Also what inter molecular bonds are in glass? Is it one of the van der waal forces and if so what one?

Glass is glass. It’s not a solid AND it’s not liquid. I don’t think van der Waal forces are involved.
