Wi-Fi for my I Pod Touch in the car?

Is there such a plug in available for Wi-Fi in the car?
You can get USB plug ins for laptops I know, but what about something that would give me Wi-Fi to be able to stream internet radio on my I Pod Touch?

Thanks for the answers – i’ll need to wait till I go on to the main computer to open the links – wont open on the Touch. I should also have said that I live in Britain.

Then maybe This. It looks like you get a free iPod with it. You could always sell one of them.
