What is the best cooking class in DC?

Looking for a great cooking class in DC.

You can check out CulinAerie – if I were a little closer to the Washington DC area, I would love to take the Cajun class that is coming up on February 24th. It’s being taught by Chef Rock, a past winner on Hell’s Kitchen.
