Are the parts used in Fuji herbal vaporizors interchangeable with the parts used in Volcano herbal vaporizors?

Asked by Kraigmo (9223points) February 6th, 2010

Herbal vaporizers are used to “smoke” herbal material but without actually using any smoke. The plant material is burned at the exact temperature needed for vaporization of the plant’s active chemicals.

The best vaporizer is the Volcano.
Now, there is a new knockoff brand called the Fuji.

Are Fuji parts interchangeable with Volcano parts? Does anyone have any experience with the Fuji?

I just googled this:
http://www.herbalvaporizerreview.org/vaporizer-review/forced-air-vaporizers/fuji-vaporizer-review/

“The Fuji Vaporizer is a very poor knock off of the Classic Volcano Vaporizer by Storz & Bickel.”

I would be loathe to substitute parts from a inferior product.
