Does the Toro 221Q snow blower have a fuel shut off valve?

I just got this blower yesterday. Does this machine have a fuel shut off valve? I can’t find one.

Here is the online manual for the Toro 221Q Power Clear Single-Stage Snowthrower (38583/38584). The actual user manual is here. However, it is in PDF form. I found no mention of a fuel shut off valve, and, in fact, in the operation section of the online manual, there is no mention of a fuel shut off valve in the topic of turning the machine off. I read through both manuals. Twice. No mention, whatsoever, of a fuel shut off valve.

I am thoroughly convinced the machine does not have one. However, if you would like to inquire further, you can contact Toro by any of the methods below:
