Can moderators only give automated responses?

I’ve been told to move my question to the chatroom, but the chatroom is not an option when using fluther on a phone. I kept asking for help, but got the automated response to move your question here (the chatroom) but when I click.. It doesn’t work. Why can’t my question be posted here instead of the chatroom? The chatroom isn’t a option for phone fluthers. I use the iPhone app and it doesn’t work. It also doesn’t work if I log on the full site. :( When will they come up with a compatible chatroom that can be used on the phone?

[mod says] Sometimes it takes a bit of time before anyone sees and/or responds to the moderation emails, but we reply as quickly as we can. We can give personal responses, as I’ve recently done with your question. You should have received that by now, did you not get it?

As for the chatroom/phone issue, I wasn’t even aware of that! I’ll pass along your questions about it to the powers that be. Hopefully somebody will pop in and answer those for you. :)
