How can I get Fluther to hire me as their new graphic designer?

I sent them an email and they haven't responded... :( Oh well.. I guess they don't really want Fluther to take off like it could... haha - I will do a follow-up of course. They were probably barraged with e-mails and overlooked the best one by accident.
