How to overload the map sandtrap on halo 3?

sorry, i ment to say how do you use mines to overload the maps on halo 3

In forge mode, place a few trip mines near enough to each other on the ground. Then click X when looking at them and X again. It should give you more options including respawn times. Set the time to the lowest and the number allowed on the map to the max and they should respawn instantly.

Then you can just keep throwing them and throwing them and the map will get overloaded.
