What is a fair price for cable TV, Internet, phone and one cell phone?

My Husband took a plan with Verizon in August 2008. They are constantly looking for ways to increase our bill.
Three months ago they said, they would extend our current plan again in three months. Now they are attempting to increase us by twenty five dollars.
In August we will switch because in my experience when you change you always get the best price.
I would like to know your experience.

Yes,it does seem to work.We did quit cable tv.I don’t miss it and neither does my husband.

I feel like maybe we can all work together to bring prices down.
LOL we can at least expose the cons on here. Sometimes informing the public works.
