My sister has a brand new Ipod nano, and she wants to put videos on it. I researched it on yahoo answers, people said that you cannot… But she has a category for videos, with (Ex.) Movies, Tv shows. Ect.
I don’t know if everyone on Yahoo is ratarded, or if Apple just badly want’s to look intelligent…

You need to convert the video to mp4. I always use aimersoft iPod converter suite to convert dvd video for my ipod, it works very nicely.
After you finished the conversion, just open iTunes and click “File” to add your videos to iTunes library. Plug in your iPod to computer, then iTunes will detect your iPod as a device. Select your iPod device on the left panel of iTunes, click “Movies” tab, check the videos you want to sync and click “Apply”, done.
Yeah, you can totally put video on it if it’s on iTunes. Plus, if she got the really new version, it supposedly has a video camera in it as well.
You will have to convert dvd’s and most videos so they can be used on the iPod. You can do this with Handbrake. It takes forever but works well. Click low res Ipod for the best results.
What kind of videos? If you have a video file, just drag it onto iTunes and make sure when you plug in the iPod it is set to sync videos.
Oh yeah you can,
download this. so you can download videos off of youtube,
convert them to mp4, then import the videos in itunes!
Everyone must be retarded, I have an Ipod Nano and I have a few films on it.
