What is life like in a Colombian prison?

Clearly this is something I’d rather see on the Internet instead of in person. I’ve found a couple of photo essays online but would like to know more. Where do you go looking online? Thanks!

I was in a Colombian prison for an afternoon, somewhere in Medellin. It was about thirty years ago and yes, I was on the right side of the bars! :) Lots of men in large cells, from what I recall, though I couldn’t tell how well they were fed, how they were treated, etc..
