Need to make a Spotify playlist with music that gets my adrenaline pumping while exercising. Any suggestions?

Pure rap with a lot of bass goes a long way for me. I am currently on the 300 workout and it’s the only thing that keeps me going.
Fela Kuti’s music is vivacious and full of energy. It’s great to get your adrenaline going.
Drowning Pool – Let the Bodies Hit the Floor
I’m a rocker chick :-). But I will admit I do like to listen to techno while Im working out, especially on the treadmill. Makes me go faster! Please don’t tell anyone ;-X
Not sure if this suits your tastes but I love this song for working out or this
I run or cross-country ski with Sibelius or Vaughn Williams symphonies on the headphones. Sibelius just bottles the essence of winter.
Soundtrack to Flashdance.
I listen to any music with a constant beat, like techno. But that’s just me.
The cd Green Onions by Booker T. and The Mgs. this cd is where the beat first started it all.
classical music is best, because it’s like a workout for the mind, while your working the body you’ll be raising your iq as well.
just wanted to say officially…excellent question!
Bodyrockers…‘I like the way you move’...proper proper good song to exercise to….almost makes me want to go to the gym…but think it best that I retire to bed and release some endorphins another day otherwise I’ll be hyper all night…sure my SO won’t appreciate it…or maybe he will lol :-)
I love to listen to Five Finger Death Punch, Sevendust, Drowning Pool, Disturbed, Atreyu, and etc. These are harder rock bands. These bands really get my adrenaline pumping. I also see it as they are yelling at me to work harder lol.
I don’t really like to listen to music while working out. I feel limited when I do. I love the sound of my breath, my heartbeat, my feet hitting the floor. (I do listen before a competition)
But I can see the advantages to get pumped. Maybe some heavy rap, lots of bass.
I play 70’s disco – but then I am in my fifties. It gets me moving.
Dance music is typical, but really, anything with a steady beat that won’t annoy you is fine, depending on how you exercise.
I can exercise to just about anything.
