Is there a fundraising platform like mycharitywater.org that other non-profits can white label?

I have a non-profit and we would like to enable our supporters to start their own fundraising campaigns and track their individual progress toward a goal. Mycharitywater.org is a wonderful example of how this works well. Is there anywhere I can hire a similar implementation for our charity? Thanks!
