Where can I download advimage plugin for TinyMCE?

I found this page (http://wiki.moxiecode.com/index.php/TinyMCE:Plugins/advimage) but can’t seem to find a place to go and download it. Can anyone help?

After a bit of Googling I’m inclined to think this plugin is included by default in TinyMCE.
