Did any of you parents out there take a child-birthing class, and what it effective?

ya my parents did and they said that they were very helpful. They tell you what to expect and get you prepared. They highly recomend it

YES!!! Not with the my first child. Only because she was born 2 months early. We took Lamaze classes the second time around and what a difference. I was able to go through my labor with little more than some cramping… Mind you, my first daughter weighed 5lbs 2oz. My second was 6lbs 8oz.. SO…Yes, if your OB/GYN says you can delivery naturally? I’d go for it!
