How can I change my theme on my Blackberry?

I want to change my theme but I want to change it from my computer somehow. Download a theme and transfer it through the cable. Any possible way to do that and from where?

Press the blackberry sign thing then go to the options sign then scroll down to theme section. Hope it works!!!!
