well ill let you know if it works at 7 or not… =] thx alina
LOL my schedule is so off for work I just sleep whenever. Good luck, let us know what happens
Your biological clock is dead set on waking up at 7 A.M. This shows that you have a very strict sleep pattern (which isn’t a bad thing).
I would bet stress. That’s what always drives my sleeping schedule into a downward spiral.
This happens to me ALL the time….
Unless its a holiday….then its usually dead on 8:30am….
your probably used to a certain schedule so your mind is set for a certain time to get up…try to sleep in after 7 even if you think you can’t for the days you want to sleep in for about 2–3 weeks. make sure you do this on a regular bases like every saturday and sunday for example. You’ll finally get used to the pattern and you’ll be able to sleep in when want or need to.
Do you set an alarm for 7:00 am on the five days a week when you must awaken? If so, you are a victim of Classical Conditioning as first described by Pavlov. You have become temporally conditioned to arise at the time the alarm would have gone off.
