How do you move all data between two LG Xenon phones?

I have an malfunctioning LG Xenon… I just got a new one from ATT, and I want to move all the info from the old one to the new one. As far as I can tell, the only option is to move messages and such to and from the SIM card, which is rather useless as the SIM card can only hold 30 messages at a time (of the several hundred on the phone). There doesn’t appear to be a way to move files to the memory card (which would be the intuitive transfer medium).

Is there something I’ve missed? Is there some piece of software or other method to batch migrate the data over? If not, can ATT do this in store. In effect, I’d like the new phone to function identically as the old one did.
