What is the best way to cook a steak on a George Foreman G5 grill?

HI! I got the G5 for Christmas and am still trying to figure out the best way to cook a boneless steak on one. Should I use one temperature through out? Start high, then turn it down? Start low and turn it up? I haven’t been able to nail it. Can you help
