Where can high quality Obsidian Blade Scalpels be purchased?

Most all scalpel blades for medical/surgical use are made of steel, stainless steel, or diamond. Scalpel blades made of obsidian have been proven to be sharper than any other blade material. However, locating a source for high quality obsidian blade scalpels is proving difficult. I located one source (finescience) but the quality of the blade is questionable. Can anyone recommend a source for high quality obsidian blade scalpels?
