Kayak.com compares them, (They compare all the other sites like expedia and travelicity.) but I usually find the flight I want on one of the websites and then go and buy it from the airline website.

I used Expedia last time.

Orbitz almost always gives me the cheapest flights.

I use Kayak as @Judi said. I would also check Southwest too though.

Third Kayak. I’ve been using it for years.

I’ve found it varies, like no one site has the cheapest consistently, and I try several sites to compare. Some sites will price-check multiple sites for you, I guess like Kayak (never used it, but I will have to bookmark it), such as FareCompare.com.

@jjmah – OMG, I wish I could. I am living the most boring existence ever and I am craving excitement! Alas, I have no money.

@MissAnthrope Ah, one of these days I’ll make it out there to visit.

@jjmah – I hope so! Or one day, when I have a real job, maybe I can visit. I like traveling.

@MissAnthrope I’ve always wanted to go to B.C. (British Columbia), and Cali is close.. We could always meet there, lady. A lezzie vacation in Vancouver, perhaps. =) My girl and I would totally be down.

I always use Kayak, and have been since being turned onto it a few years ago.

Kayak is good but I find their UI quite complex to use. I generally use orbitz.com and a mobile app called on the fly from ITA – this app has a cool design and simple grid of options to start with and helps narrow options fairly quickly.
