Have you been involved in or seen a Flash Mob Event, and / or how do you feel about them?

Recently saw what appeared to be a Spontaneous appearing of a thousand people taking over an intersection and having a pillow fight in San Francisco. These perfectly planned events seem to be hilarious to say the least but leave a lot of feathers behind sometimes. Have you ever seen one, or been in the middle of one?
