Have you been to a concert at the Houston Rodeo? Did it start when it was advertised to?

Asked by La_chica_gomela (12594points) March 7th, 2010

I went two years ago, and I remember it starting quite a bit later than the time actually advertised, but I can’t remember by how much. This year, my concert is advertised to start at 6:45, but I need to know if it’s actually going to start then.

I also found this pamplet saying that it starts at 6:45, ”(following Rodeo performance)”, but of course it doesn’t say how long “Rodeo performance” might last…any idea?

Please only answer this question if you actually know anything about the Houston Rodeo. Thanks.

I have. It didn’t. They never will.

I don’t know wny this is, but every Texas rodeo I’ve been too, or that my father-in-law has been to, has been about an hour late getting started.

I guess I’ll answer my own question, now that it’s over. We got there a bit late, but I think the “rodeo performance” started on time, and the concert itself started about about 8:30 I think.
