Rape can be both psychologically devastating and physically damaging.
There is no way to determine which part of rape is the most traumatic.
Every case is unique and each victim is traumatized differently.

But I’d have to say the entire thing is the most traumatic.
Even years later, it’s still pretty traumatizing for the person to have that memory in their head.

Every single part of it. Being hold down into doing something you aren’t physically or mentally ready for isn’t very pleasant. Especially when the asshole abuses you before doing it. It could change an innocent childs life completely. As well as an adults.

Probably the helplessness.

Being raped by two of my friends was one of my first sexual experiences. Because of this, I thought that guys were only into me for sex. It took me a long time to realize that there are some nice and caring men out there.
