does anyone else notice the volume inconsistencies on last.fm?

at work we recently started listening to last.fm instead of pandora, but i think i’m ready to switch back due to the inconsistent volumes from song to song. i have to constantly adjust the volume to hear some songs and to not blast others. has anyone else experienced this? or is it just me?

Is it just me or does Pandora have very limited song selection? It seems like I hear the same exact tunes every day, it’s quite annoying.

I haven’t used Lastfm since it was called Audioscrobbler, can’t help you there =/

im not a listener either but it could just be because they havent equalised each song to one set volume. if they havent changed this, the songs are different sound levels because they were recorded at different sound levels.
