how can I schedule a sync time for an iPhone with mac/pc

I want my podcasts downloaded when I wake up

If you’re on a Mac, you could probably set up an Automator action to do it. Otherwise, start a sync before you jump in the shower and by the time you’re out, the sync will be all done.
