why does my spine tingle from time to time when I pee?

This is one of the greatest questions I have ever read on this site. I’m serious.
Same thing happens to me. Is this universal for guys?

There is no agreed explanation on why it happens, though the artice has a few hypotheses. Apparently, 83% of males and 58% of females who answered an online poll said they have exprienced it.
I always assumed it was a reaction to the lessening of pressure on your bladder since I usually only feel it after going a long time without a bathroom break.
