why does my back hurt when I drink frozen drinks?

sometimes when I drink frozen drinks my back on the left side hurts. It hurts just above the waist and lasts a few minutes. Any ideas? I also get brain freeze like mad. Thanks

It is not a sign of aids, and its mostly the wallabe darned at outback steakhouse. Too good to stop drinking.
