How can I set my PC up as a proxy?

Such gotomypc.com but a free alternative.
I can not install anything on the other PC.

What do you mean by proxy? gotomypc.com isn’t a proxy service, it’s a remote control service. You could use a domain name and something like Remote Desktop Connection (Windows) if you have an appropriate edition or VNC for Mac.
