Please help if you have any of the Satechi Bluetooth Handsfree for your car!

I would really like to buy one of these but there are two currently available and I’m not sure which one is best. There is one that has an iPod bluetooth adaptor and one without! What is the difference? Please help. Oh and I have an iPhone which is what I’d like to use it with.
