We’ve had Scooby Doo,Inspector Gadget & others but which should be made now?Maybe Honk Kong Phooey or The Hair Bear Bunch how about Great Ape.What would your suggestions be.To clarify it would have to be a live action version with CGI thrown in. Similar to the scooby movies.

“Cartoon to big screen” rarely goes well. The original media is almost always superior because it is closest to the original vision.
That and we’re moving beyond the time that 60–80’s cartoons are being remade anymore because the interest in waning.
Did anyone really need to see “Speed Racer” just because the Wachowski brothers decided to make a Matrix Racing movie?
I’m done with the remakes. I want new stuff.
I remember seeing Bugs Bunny on Broadway, which was essentially a huge screen cartoon presentation with a symphony orchestra in the pit playing the music from the original sound tracks. I have never forgotten it; neither have my kids.
Higurashi no naku koro ni.
I’ve always had a soft spot for Yogi Bear.
It looks like they already have a live-action/animated film in the works. According to Wikipedia, Dan Aykroyd will be the voice of Yogi, Justin Timberlake will voice Boo Boo, and Christine Taylor will voice Cindy Bear.
@jonsblond Cheers for that I never knew.Seems you’re smarter than the average jellie.
I miss Bugs Bunny and Elmer Fudd….oh and Daffy all working together! Duck season! Wabbit season!!!
Also Tom and Jerry!!! :D
@Chongalicious Yay Tom & Jerry only this time let Tom win.I hate that freakin mouse.

@UCME Betty Boop was originally drawn as a dog. Where her earring sit were ears.
@shego I’ve heard that before! But I never saw the dog version of her; I heard they didnt do much to the face except add human hair and lips.. weird.
Let me see if I can find a picture a picture and I’ll post it

@shego eewww I’m glad they got rid of that haha it looked so awkward!
