Is o2 wireless a good service? What's your experience with o2?

The bad things that reviews say about it include expensive rates, followed by bad audio quality and slightly bad coverage. The site doesn’t say anything about customer support, though.

Are you referring to O2 in the UK, with full mobile services or in the US which offers pre-paid service only?

Ah.. sorry… US. I wasn’t familiar with the UK provider.

O2 in the US operates through the AT&T GSM network, so their voice and SMS service should be at par with AT&T’s 2G service. I don’t think the AT&T 3G network is available to O2 prepaid subscribers.
