La Noche Vieja mis amigos y yo fuimos a una fiesta en Phoenix, Arizona. Fue una noche tranquila y oscura. Conducíamos un vehículo por la calle cuando vimos un accidente automovilístico. La policía estaba arrestando un conductor borracho. La ambulancia llegó y ayudó a las personas con heridas. Sin embargo, nadie estaba herido. Yo llamé a mi padre y le dije qué pasó. Mi padre me preguntó ¿Cuántas personas estaban heridas?¿Cuáles eran las condiciones de los coches? Yo contesté, “Nadie resultó herido en el accidente” y “Los coches quedaron destruidos.”

Nosotros llegamos tarde a la fiesta. Esperé que pudiéramos ser más populares que todo el mundo. Había muchas personas y estaban divirtiéndose. ¡La música estaba alta! Yo bailé y una persona llamada Antonio me desafió para una competencia de baile. Todo el mundo pensó que yo bailé mejor que Antonio. ¡Me puse muy contento!

@gailcalled Your are too idealistic; America’s current education system values test performance above actual comprehension, and this leads students to “work the system.” I would agree with you if our education system wasn’t such a game. Those who play by the rules have fewer opportunities for success.

Also consider how times have changed. The world is a much different place. However, human nature never changes.

I would also like to point out that what I did here is NOT cheating. I could have gone to a tutor and had my paper proofread that way…

Your morality is defined 100% by your circumstances (you act the way you do because of your environment). The power of social influence is the main reason why people believe illogical and pursue false truth (example: those who follow organized religion, those who pursue wealth unconditionally, those who support our insane foreign policy, etcetera).
