I have a set of 10 pound weights that ive been using every day for the past two weeks in order to build up by bicpe size. I even printed out this workout for my biceps. I have noticed a really tiny improvement. Should I get heavier weights to build more muscle mass? im a teenager

This answer is one I’m going to jump around at
If you want big muscles then you have to literally strain your muscles every day (So they know they need to get bigger to handle the excursion you’re putting on them), in that case get heavier weights (15 or 20 pounds) and use those instead of your 10.
If you want to just maintain lean muscle that’s not bulked then I recommend your current weights.
In short:
Heavier weights + Routine use = Muscle bulk buildup (make sure to eat proteins to)
Lighter weights + Routine use = Muscle stability and endurance increase (Eat proteins just the same)
not really
you have to get stronger to build muscle fast and doing the same thing over & over wont help you build much mass
