My grandmother has started taking enzymes (I’m not sure which) and her indigestion has completely stopped. It was pretty severe beforehand.
I take digestive enzymes and raw unfiltered apple cider vinegar. It helps me.
½ teaspoon baking soda mixed with ½ cup water. It’s on the side of the Arm & Hammer box.
I used to spend lots of $$ on antacids. Now I spend approx. $1.50/year.
Quit eating spicy foods..
I drink cups of hot water and rub my tummy counter-clockwise. It also helps if you have time to put a heating pad across your chest or have someone rub your back and tap on it a bit, like burping a baby.
I’ve never had to take anything stronger than Rennie. 9 times out of 10 a glass of milk does the trick.
