Sam and Susan, D3 is better than D2, calcium supps. should have magnesium in them, and I just learned from my sister, phosporus. My nails are breaking a lot in the cold weather, I notice.

For this very reason, and help growing my hair, I take prenatal vitamins – just over the counter in the vitamin section. I have noticed a HUGE difference. I’ve never been pregnant, but all my pregnant friends swear by this and it’s working for me!
