Best 3 day workout?

I am finding that it is realistic that I will make it to the gym 3 times a week. I want to build muscle and do some cardio. Do you recommend any 3 day a week training Programs?

I understand that zumba is the new rage and well rounded program. I have’t tried it yet but I’ve heard from different people that its and excellent cardio program.
If you are paying for a gym, why not do their assessment and follow their advice?
Don’t forget to add “Push-ways” to your work out ! You Push Your Ass Away from the dining table !
The best 3 day work out lasts 5 days.
I don’t really follow a program, but I do about 20 minutes on a treadmill, then 20 minutes on an elliptical machine, then 20 minutes on a stationary bike to end the “routine” (three days a week)
in between these work outs, I usually try to work out on the weight machines, doing thirty reps on each machine.
Hopefully this has helped you.
Spend your first six weeks with a trainer….and then keep doing whatever he or she teaches you to do. That’s the most reliable way to accomplish the goal.
