Why won't iTunes sync this music video to my iPod? (read description)

I downloaded a music video (Telephone-Lady Gaga ft. Beyonce) off of Limewire. It is only 9 minutes long. Then I dragged it to my Movies, and it plays fine on iTunes. I tried to sync it to my iPod but it won’t work. I thought maybe it was too short to work so I tried to put it under my TV Shows tab but it won’t go on there. I think maybe it isn’t Quicktime or whatever so it won’t go onto my iPod. I don’t understand why though because it still plays on my laptop using iTunes. Does anyone know how to sync this video onto my iPod? And how do you check if a video is compatible with iPods on Limewire (so I don’t waste my time downloading videos that wont sync).
