Can you help me figure out the name of this show?

There used to be a show on TV that came on either right before or right after Heroes.

I forget the premise, but it was something along the lines of this guy who would go forward in time and help this woman. And they would have to figure out who one of them was, and why things happened.

I know, it’s a bad description, but I’m hoping someone can remember what it is. It came on about 3 years ago.
