Is there a website that will show doctors who have lost their medical licenses in various states and the reason why?

I don’t know a list of revoked licenses, but I have to check valid licenses sometimes.

In Illinois, the Department Of Financial and Professional Regulation, Division Of Professional Regulation has an online ‘License Look-up’ database.

Not just doctors, it also includes detectives and dietitians and roofing contractors and dozens of other professions.
