Is there any good free software for creating a web magazine in the internet?

I’m interested in started a magazine – ideally, a web magazine, but that could also be printed. As this, I would like to know about software for that. :)

You can find many good magazine-style templates for Wordpress. ExpressionEngine is also a good platform for a webzine, though not as cheap.

@dverhey Mmm, probably not. The problem is that WordPress uses hosting, that way, right? And templates may be paid. And it’s just an idea, by now. xD

How are you going to have any sort of web magazine & avoid paying hosting fees to someone? Other than running your own server.

Take a look at some of the free mag-style WP blogs. WP Magazine for instance.
