Are there any "Broadway-themed" hotels out there?

This depends on where you want to go. Reno and Las Vegas are the most likely, but there are many other locations that have Broadway themes – San Diego comes to mind. Try the location you want to go and ask – Seattle, Denver, Chicago, or so on.
