Amaretto is pretty damn tasty and not very strong at all.
The various liqueurs are (mostly?) lower in alcohol content and smoother to drink, probably due to added sugar.
Fruity “frozen” blended drinks help ease the alcohol down the throat. Mai Tais and Long Island Ice teas are famous for masking copious amounts of booze along with the added thrill of getting hammered!
I like piƱa colada.
Getting caught in the rain, not so much.
But seriously, what are you drinking for? I don’t drink hard liquor because I think it tastes like paint thinner and I’m not interested in getting drunk. Therefore I drink beer, and even that I’m very picky about. I will occasionally experiment with new brews, but mostly drink a handful of beers that I find flavorful and smooth.
A bottle of Corona with a lime wedge in it :P
@Snarp Alcoholic water? I want to try that.
@erichw1504 Either the question was edited after I answered, or I’m not very observant.
jagermeister and coke! :D
Shandy (or beer with 7Up/Sprite)
Fill a cup half of Guinness, then take a shot glass and fill it half with baily’s irish creme and half with starbucks liqueur.
When ready, drop the shot glass into the cup of Guinness and chug like a champ.
Drink it real fast, rinse, wait 5–10 mins, and repeat.
It will be the most delicious thing you will ever try.
Amaretto and orange juice is pretty darn good; also, Kahlua and milk or cream. Rum and coke without much rum, vodka and lime juice without much vodka…...
I guess that depends on your definition of “best”. If it’s bar-time, and you know you’ve had way too much, and you need something to purge your stomach of all contents in hopes of avoiding the inevitable hangover… then I recommend a little something we called Rooster Poop: Pepper Vodka and Tobasco.
However, it will burn your throat both times
Kahlua and milk. Irish Cream and milk.
Tanqueray gin and tonic water with some fresh limes- tastes like summertime!
Cider has 5–7% alcohol depending on the maker.
@Cruiser omg I adore Long Island Teas. But a Texas Tea has Tequila in it. Either is wonderful. its been a very long time
white wine spritzer. Pour white wine into gingerale. I miss them.
How could I have forgotten? Pimms!
