Would you make a good diplomat?

The week that I have spent back in customer service has convinced to answer not just “no” to your question, but HELL NO. We would be at war in a heartbeat.

No, not really. But I’d be a good guy to sit behind the ambassador and whisper things in his ear.

I have nowhere near the patience or kowtowing skills necessary to wade through so much self-serving pomp and puerile bullshit.

I can’t control my facial grimaces! I could do it for a time but the people would feel my dislike, distaste if it was that kind of situation.

No. Much like Harry Truman, I would call an ace an ace, and a spade a spade. Truth does not work in the modern day version of (alleged) diplomacy.
